Do you deliver across the UAE?
We deliver across Dubai and the wider UAE. Orders within Dubai over AED 150 get free delivery. For other Emirates, delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
How do I place a wholesale order?

Can I order paletas for events or parties?
Absolutely! We do corporate events, birthday parties, weddings, and pop-ups. Get in touch with your event date and headcount, and we'll take it from there.
Are your paletas suitable for dietary restrictions?
All our paletas are sweetened with Allulose (zero glycemic index), making them keto-friendly and suitable for diabetics. Many flavors are also dairy-free and vegan — check individual product pages for details.
How are the paletas shipped?
Our paletas travel in insulated packaging with dry ice to keep them frozen until they reach your door. We recommend transferring them to your freezer as soon as they arrive.
